Trip Costs a. Payment Plan: The total cost of your trip will be deducted on a pre-tax basis from your wages over twelve paychecks starting 02/28/14 and ending on 05/16/14. You can also choose to pay in-full at the time of sign-up. b. Costs: $300 per person + $500 per room. The $500 room fee will be split evenly amongst the number of people sharing it (ex: 4 people in a room would pay $125 each + $300 = $425 total cost for the trip). *Prices exclude ski/snowboard rentals and lift tickets. c. Damages: Re-payment arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis for damages caused by you or your guest to other’s property. d. Guests: You are solely responsible for the per person cost of your guest(s). e. Termination: If you are terminated prior to repaying the full cost of the trip, the balance due will be deducted from your final wages. Rules of Conduct a. All Ontraport sponsored trips and events are family friendly functions. As such it is important for attendees to treat each other with care and respect, conscious of how their language and actions may impact others. b. Alcoholic beverages will be made available to attendees in accordance with local and state laws. As such management has the right to limit access to said beverages, enforce cooling off periods, and deny machinery usage at their sole discretion. c.
